Former Shell CEO Jeroen van der Veer to open Van Aalst Group HQ. Jeroen van der Veer, former CEO of Royal Dutch Shell, will perform the official opening of the new Van Aalst Group headquarters and R&D/training centre in Dordrecht, the Netherlands. Van Aalst is a specialist in the field of tank systems and loading/discharging solutions for the shipping and offshore supply sector. Van Aalst Group CEO Wijnand van Aalst: "We are delighted that Mr Van der Veer, as former oil industry frontman, has agreed to participate in the opening ceremony. We see it as a confirmation of our company's role as an active innovator in the offshore industry supply sector."
