Automated Loading filter 

There is always the risk of lumps and/or other foreign objects like cloth and rods in the cement. This can cause severe delays and or damages to the equipment and often is one of the few remaining uncertainties in the logistics of the cement carrier.

Lumps will be trapped and at regular intervals crushed before material is transported to the storage facility.

Foreign objects which are trapped in the loading filter will be crushed by the hydraulic operated crusher and will activate an alarm on the DBMAS® control system.  This indicates that the foreign object needs to be removed by hand, which is possible from the easy to open hatch.
