Hurricane Aeration System

Although the re-loader vessels look like normal re-loader vessels of the ‘old’ design, the discharge capacity increases with 12% with the same type of compressor.  We have designed a new aeration system inside the re-loader vessels.  The mix of air and cement has been optimised to allow more cement to be transported towards the storage facility whilst using the same amount of air.
